According to TMZ, the couple have come to an agreement after more than a year of negotiations.
The former ER actress filed for divorce from photographer Stenson in February 2012, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind the split.
It is now understood the 37-year-old actress will keep her acting income, the couple's Californian home (valued at $700,000) and a UK home worth $1.5m.
Stenson will earn £779 in child support each month as well as money from the couple's rental property. He will also keep control of his photography company.
Nagra and Stenson were married in January 2009. Their son, Kai David Singh Stenson, was born later that year.
The couple's divorce has previously been described as "bitter", with Stenson claiming the ER star was hiding the money she received from her acting career to prevent him getting at it. He also claimed he had to give up his £200,000-a-year photographer's job to manage the couple's life in America when Nagra was cast in US hospital drama ER in 2003.
