Fergie Celebrates 'Gayby' Baby Shower

Black Eyed Peas singer, Fergie, and her husband John Duhamel hosted a celebrity "gayby" shower in Los Angeles yesterday.

The singer, who is currently expecting her first child, was joined by her husband, as well as celebrities including Kelly Osborne, Adam Lambert and Lance Bass.

The baby shower was held at the SLS Hotel in LA and organised by four of the singer's closest gay friends. It was hosted by Fergie's agent Sean Patterson, DSquared fashion designers Dean and Dan Caten and hairdresser Andy Lecompte.

The 38-year-old is said to have started the party by telling guests: "Woo! It's my baby boy's first party!"

The singer also let her fans share the event, as she posted a photo of herself at the part on Twitter where she's holding a speech bubble that reads 'Say my name' next to her baby bump. She added the caption: "It's gayby shower day! He's trying to talk!"

Following the party, one guest told E! News: "Everyone was over-the-moon enjoying themselves and glowing all happy to be sharing in Fergie's big day."

Fergie married actor Duhamel in January 2009 after five years of dating.

In February of this year, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together and earlier this month Duhamel confirmed it was a boy.
