Kelly said she had designed the ring to look like an earring her fater has.
Kelly said: "I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, 'I want a ring like that'. Now I have one.
"I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. We just want to be together all the time."
Kelly met Matthew at Kate Moss's wedding in 2011.
He moved to Los Angeles so that they could be together as much as possible.
