The couple have been dating for three years.
A source close to the actor is quoted by Us Weekly magazine as saying: "I hear he'll propose soon. Their connection is very serious and physical."
Recently, Ms Huntington-Whiteley brushed off comments regarding the 19-year age gap between the pair, saying they had an 'intense connection'.
She added: "Jason and I make each other laugh whispering in each other's ears. You know, naughty stuff.
"I'm not interested in hanging out with boys. I have all the man I need!"
Meanwhile, sources close to the model have previously said the 26-year-old didn't know if she was ready to settle down and start a family.
They said: "Jason is broody, and has made no secret of his feelings. Rosie wants to have his kids one day, but isn't sure now is the right time.
"She's getting movie roles and advertising deals and feels her career is at a peak.
"Jason just doesn't want to be an old dad. He's seen pals Guy Ritchie and Vinnie Jones become fathers and he's really jealous of them.
"He doesn't want to be seen to put pressure on Rosie, as he understands she's still young and has respect for her and her career. He is used to getting his own way though."
