Helen Flanagan is reported to have stopped eating properly following her split from boyfriend Scott Sinclair, Star magazine has said.
The former Coronation Street Star is said to have separated from the footballer last month after he was reportedly caught 'sexting' another woman.
Following the allegations, Flanagan was spotted moving out of the couple's £2.8m home.
Speaking to the magazine, a source said the actress is worrying her friends by her behaviour as she is "forgetting to eat" and has lost half a stone in a week. It has also been claimed that she has started smoking again.
The insider claimed: "The weight is dropping off her and she looks much thinner than normal.
"She's telling pals she forgets to eat, but it's obvious that the stress is getting to her.
"They're scared that she can be very irrational and shut down her feelings when she's upset."
Last month, a report in The Sun said the couple's relationship was over for good following the latest rumours. At the time, a source was quoted as saying: "His [Scott's] excuses are wearing thin and Helen just wasn't buying it yesterday. It may sound naive, but Helen has always told her friends, 'The one thing Scott would never do is cheat on me'.
"She's gone to stay with friends in Manchester to try and get her head together."
Flanagan and Sinclair have been dating since 2009 but there has been increased speculation regarding their relationship lately.
