According to The Sun, the 41-year-old model hired a surrogate last year after she was concerned she couldn't conceive naturally, but she and her partner later discovered they were expecting their own baby, after Caprice fell pregnant a month after her surrogate.
Speaking to the newspaper, the mother-to-be said: "We are incredibly delighted. Words can't describe the happiness that we felt when we knew we were expecting our two miracle babies.
"Our gestational carrier is part of my family now and I'm forever grateful for the kindness and selflessness she has shown us by taking such good care of our beautiful little baby.
"Like every career woman I worked so hard at being successful, I left it a little late. But then to fall pregnant after out gestational carer did was an astonishing miracle."
Caprice and her partner Ty Comfort have been dating for two years, and are expected to welcome their first child together in September.
The model added that her mum, Valerie Bourret, had been busy buying baby clothes.
"We have found out the sex of both babies but we're keeping it to ourselves for now," she added.
"My mum is so excited she has already bought enough baby clothes to fill a country! Now everything I do is for my babies and Ty."
The couple are currently renovating their Notting Hill home in preparation for the arrival of their children. They will be born in the US, but brought up in the UK.
