According to the Daily Star, married mum-of-four Blanca Fouche, ended the couple's two month relationship after she discovered Le Vell was also said to be dating IT worker Emma Dodd.
Last week, Fouche, who is 31, and Dodd, 28, are reported to have had an angry exchange at the actor's local pub as other customers looked on. It is then thought Ms Dodd then travelled to Abu Dhabi to stay with her mum.
However, Fouche then confirmed to the Daily Star that she had ended things with the troubled actor.
She said: "Yes, we have split. I don't want to talk about it."
Fouche's husband, 33-year-old Desmond is an IT expert who works in South Africa and it is thought he has now filed for divorce from his wife, citing irreconcilable differences, after discovering her affair.
He said: "It is all over this love triangle business.
"She said it had all got very messy and that she wasn’t prepared to tolerate all the sh** that was happening with this other woman.
"Maybe they will get back together when the court case is over. Who knows?"
Desmond said he was still angry at being put through "torture" since his wife flew to England with their sons Leo, three, and Max, two, five months ago and then dumped him via a text message.
Blanca met Le Vell while staying with a friend near his home in Hale, near Manchester.
The Corrie actor split from Janette, his wife of 26 years, last year. He is due to stand trial in September on 19 child sex allegations, including six rapes, six indecent assaults, and seven counts of sexual activity with a child.
The alleged offences all relate to one victim over eight years, when they were between the ages of six and 14.
