The birth of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby looks set to cost the couple $1m.
According to the National Enquirer, the pair are concerned with making everything perfect for their new arrival this summer.
Kardashian is due to give birth to her first child in July and there are reports that the reality television star's delivery will be 'lavish'.
Speaking to the publication, a source claimed: "This is not going to be just any delivery, even by celebrity standards.
"Kim has already spent tens of thousands of dollars to make sure things go down without a glitch."
The couple are reported to have booked a $4,000-a-day suite at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles for the delivery. The room is said to have two beds, as well as a separate sitting room with dining table and a full-sized bath tub, as well as a flat screen television.
The 32-year-old mum-to-be is also said to have organised meals from her favourite restaurants to be delivered directly to the suite in place of hospital food, while a $1,000-a-day photographer has also been hired to capture every moment of the baby's first week.
West is also said to have splashed the cash ahead of the birth of his child, reportedly spending $25k on luxury lingerie for his girlfriend.
The source added: "[Kim] had no intention of wearing a plain old hospital gown that's been worn by other women."
They continued that Kardashian was also expecting a "push present" from West.
"Kanye better have done his shopping. Kim is expecting a huge reward for all the months she's spent with swollen feet, a big weight gain, morning sickness and a massive baby belly," the source continued.
West has been a friend to the Kardashian family for a number of years, but he only started dating Kim in April 2012. In December, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together, reportedly a girl.
