Tulisa appears to have confirmed she has split from boyfriend Danny Simpson.
The comments by the former X Factor judge come just days after it was rumoured the couple had decided to go their separate ways.
In a series of messages on Twitter, the singer responded to a rumour that she had met a man while on holiday in Marbella. She wrote: "Wow, I'm a 24-year-old single girl and I had a convo with a dude on holiday and a laugh. Someone shoot me now lol."
Tulisa went on a girls holiday Marbella last week with her best friend Chelsea Healey, and was thought to have split with her footballer boyfriend Simpson in a make-or-break phone call.
The split was said to have been amicable, but neither party had spoken about the speculation until now.
The couple have been dating for six months, but their relationship was surrounded in controversy from the beginning when it was claimed Simpson's girlfriend was three months pregnant at the time he left her for Tulisa.
