Helen Flanagan is said to be "oceans apart" from boyfriend Scott Sinclair.
The report comes after the Manchester City footballer complained his 22-year-old girlfriend was "embarrassing him", Reveal magazine has said.
The couple are reported to have split and reunited on a number of occasions lately, but a source close to the couple said Sinclair is beginning to feel increasingly "like her dad" due to her outlandish behaviour.
They added: "Everyone knows Scott and Helen are like chalk and cheese. He's very fond of her, but at times he almost feels like her dad.
"They are oceans apart and her recent behaviour has confirmed that she's not ready for a mature relationship."
Another insider claimed that the former Coronation Street actress has changed from the person Sinclair began dating in 2009.
They explained: "Scott's been sitting Helen down regularly and telling her things have to change. She's embarrassing him in the eyes of his team mates since they moved in together, and what he wants more than anything is for people to take him seriously.
"It doesn't help that she's constantly parading in her knickers and posing with her tongue out. The girl he started dating was not as brazen as the 2013 version."
Flanagan recently defended her relationship with the 24-year-old, hitting back at rumours that they had gone their separate ways, but did admit that they were going through "ups and downs".
Earlier this month, the actress admitted she would like to start a family.
