According to the Mail on Sunday, the dispute is over the former family home.
The couple were granted a 'quickie divorce' last month and are understood to be finalising the details of their settlement.
Klass and Quinn were together for 11 years, but were only married for six months before he walked out of their home and left her and their two children. During their relationship, Klass built up a fortune worth £11m and it is being reported that Quinn is now demanding the entire £1.2m from the sale of their five-bedroom home in Hertfordshire.
35-year-old Klass bought the house for £1.2m in December 2009. Just weeks after the couple split in April last year, it was put on the market for £2.5m, eventually selling for £1.8m.
Speaking to the paper, a source said: "Graham is going after her money. He is not going to accept that they both walk away with what they walked into the marriage [with], and that's that. It's a lot of money."
Klass, who is currently renting an £8k-a-month house in Highgate, North London, is thought to have offered her former partner half the proceeds from the sale of the house as a goodwill gesture.
