According to The Sun, the couple will marry in a small ceremony in Nice, France, with family and friends in attendance.
A source said: "Most of their friends will fly out for the wedding on Friday.
"They've been planning it for a while but wanted something small and private. They could get married in total private in stunning surroundings."
The couple have been dating in February 2011 and announced their engagement in May 2012.
The 28-year-old actress was first introduced to the Klaxons keyboardist by a mutual friend.
Last month, having recently moved in together, Knightly spoke of her upcoming wedding, and stressed: "We're not big-wedding types. I don't need to have all that. I'm just trying to enjoy the engagement bit."
Knightly previously dated her Pride & Prejudice co-star Rupert Friend for five years before splitting in January 2011.
