The 33-year-old singer made the comments in an interview with Hello! Magazine and said he now prefers quiet nights at home, rather than nights out.
He said: "She's a great girl. We've changed each other. The two of us grew up and settled down when we met each other. Going out is a rare event now.
"I play golf while Vogue walks the dog and goes to the gym, then in the evening we watch a box set of 'Lost'."
McFadden and Williams dated for 18 months before marrying in September 2012.
The singer already has two daughters, Molly (11) and Lilly-Sue (10) with ex-wife Kerry Katona, but added that he and his wife were in "no rush" to start a family. He did admit however, that when the time comes, he would willingly to put his career on hold.
Brian added in an interview with Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I'd like to see Vogue concentrate on her career. I'd be happy to be a stay-at-home dad," he explained.
While 27-year-old Williams added: "I don't feel I'm in any rush but it's one of the reasons I wanted to make a base here [in London]. I think 30 would be a good age - I still have lots of things I want to achieve."
