The couple are said to be living apart in Los Angeles.
The pair, who have been married for 31 years, are reported to haven't seen each other for three weeks after they both moved out of the LA home they shared.
The newspaper claimed former The X Factor judge Sharon was staying in a hotel until her new home in Beverly Hills is renovated, while Ozzy is renting a property a couple of miles away.
A source said: "They are living at different addresses and are not spending any time together. They row a lot.
"They aren't acting like husband and wife. It is unusual to not even have dinner together when both of them are five minutes apart."
At a number of recent events, the pair have both been spotted without their wedding rings,while Sharon has previously tweeted about having a "really tough year".
The Osbournes married in July 1982 and have three children together.
