According to a report by TMZ, the British-born drummer has filed papers requesting legal separation from Lynn Frankel Fleetwood.
He has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation in his filing, which was made in Los Angeles last month.
In the filing, the musician has asked the court to recognise his sole ownership of earnings and property from before the couple's marriage. He is also reported to be asking for spousal support from the woman he has been married to for over 18 years, and has asked for joint custody of the couple's 11-year-old twin daughters, but requested that his wife have primary physical custody.
Fleetwood and his wife married in 1995. The musician was previously married to Jenny Boyd. They married in 1970 and have two daughters together. They later divorced, remarried and then divorces again.
