One Direction member Zayn Malik is believed to be getting ready to propose to his girlfriend.
Malik has been dating Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards after the pair were reported to have met on The X Factor.
According to Reveal, a source told the magazine: "Zayn's ready to settle down and take the next step with Perrie.
"They've been discussing getting engaged with family and friends and everyone thinks it's a great idea. Zayn's deadly serious about it and it looks like he could propose at any time."
The couple were first spotted together in May 2012, but are believed to have dated on-and-off since late 2011. Earlier this year, their relationship hit problems when Malik was alleged to have cheated on his girlfriend.
However, the source added: "After the scandal Perrie wanted a trial period to see if they could get through it. It worked and they've ended up growing even closer.
"Perrie says they could be engaged as early as the summer and that they'd have a big wedding for all their friends – including loads of celebrity pals."
However, the report also claimed Malik's bandmates were "concerned" over the news, saying the 20-year-old was too young to get married.
