The custom motorcycle-builder is believed to have married Ms DeJoria on Sunday, People website has said.
The couple married at the Malibu home of DeJoria's father, while James's youngest daughter, Sunny, and DeJoria's daughter, Bella, acted as flower girls for the ceremony.
The couple, who got engaged late last year, are said to have exchanged rings made by designer Neil Lane. DeJoria is a pro-drag racer, while James recently re-launched West Coast Choppers, opening a custom motorcycle shop in Texas, where he lives with his partner.
This is the fourth marriage for James who was previously married to actress Sandra Bullock. The pair tied the knot in 2005 after meeting on the set of James's television show, Monster Garage.
Following his divorce from Bullock in 2010, James began dating tattoo artist Kat Von D. The pair announced their engagement in January 2011, before splitting in September of that year.
