A source close to the former glamour model has said the expectant mother is planning a £1m celebration.
It is due to take place at the end of this month and she hopes it will feature on her upcoming reality television show on Sky Living.
The celebrations are rumoured to feature Rylan Clark, Liberty X, Justin Bieber and elephants. Price is also reported to have spent £100k on a fireworks display.
The source said: "Katie's pulling out all the stops to show the world how in love she and Kieran are. She's determined to have the showiest celeb wedding ever. But she wants it to be before her baby bump shows, so the turnaround is tight. She has 'to do' lists all over the house."
Price and Hayler married in January, just a few months after they began dating. Last month, Price confirmed she was pregnant with her fourth child.
The model married her last husband Alex Reid in a quick Las Vegas ceremony in February 2010, before organising a second televised ceremony later that summer. The couple separated in January 2011. Price was previously married to singer Peter Andre from 2005 to 2009.
