It has been reported that out of Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams, Walliams is actually the one who joins Cowell by the altar.
The sketch, which also includes famous faces from the entertainment and showbiz industries, will see the crowd gather in a church to celebrate Simon Cowell's big day.
The wedding guests include Dermot O'Leary, Louis Walsh and Olly Murs as well as Cowell's ex, Sinitta. Each of them have their own allegiances to the groom however, so events may not go as smoothly as planned.
Speaking about Cowell's wedding, Walliams said: "I never thought I would see Simon Cowell get married, much like Cliff Richard he’s the eternal bachelor! It was actually very moving to see him at the altar."
Cowell's ‘wedding’ will air on Friday 15th March on BBC One.
