The pair's nuptials can be seen in tonight's episode of Alan Carr's Chatty Man.
Former X Factor contestant Rylan Clark will also appear on the show as the couple's ring bearer, with Carr acting as the vicar, while the audience serenades them with one of their largest hit songs, 'Let's Get Ready To Rhumble'.
Ant & Dec are celebrating 20 years together as a partnership and Ant McPartlin said: "We've lasted because we are friends."
He added that he was the one to make the "first move" in their friendship when they both starred in Byker Grove.
Ant & Dec first met in 1990 on the set of television show Byker Grove, playing the roles of PJ & Duncan. After leaving the show, the duo had a brief musical career. One of their biggest hits was in 1994 with BRIT Award nominated 'Let's Get Ready To Rhumble'. The pair then moved into television presenting.
Alan Carr's Chatty Man airs on Channel 4 tonight at 10pm.
