Peter Andre has said he is in no rush to tie the knot with girlfriend Emily MacDonagh, according to new! Magazine.
The reality television star, who recently celebrated his fortieth birthday, revealed his plans for the future in the interview, but insisted they would be taking things slowly.
Andre said: "Me and Emily laugh about it and wonder why everyone's in a rush. People do it so quickly. I still think you've got to take your time."
He also spoke of his future desire to expand his family. He said: "I'm a very young 40-year-old. I'm a spring chick! I don't want to feel my age. I definitely, definitely want more kids in the future."
Andre has two children – a son and a daughter – with ex-wife Katie Price. The couple divorced in September 2009, after almost four years of marriage.
The singer has been dating Emily MacDonagh for seven months.
