The 29-year-old model and former Celebrity Big Brother contestant has two sons, Archie, 2, and 19-month-old Harry.
She told Closer magazine: "When I first saw the positive test, I thought to myself, 'I must be mad', but when we had the six-week scan and saw the heartbeat, we were over the moon.
"It's going to be our last baby, so I'd love a girl I can dress up rather than have to play football with. But, ultimately, all I wish for is a happy, healthy happy."
Lloyd is happy her friend Katie Price is pregnant at the same time.
"I'd love us to have babies at the same time. At my wedding last year, Archie and Katie's daughter Princess Tiaamii were bopping away on the dancefloor. They are best buds," she said.
