Lesya had tattooist Ruslan Toumaniantz's name carved into her face in five-inch high Gothic script.
Lesya says they are "head over heels in love" and intend to wed.
"It's a symbol of our eternal devotion. I'd like him to tattoo every inch of my body," she said.
Ruslan also etched "All For Love' above her eyebrow.
