During a performance at Revel in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Kanye West broke the news by referring to Kardashian as his "baby mama". She was unaware he was going to make the announcement during the concert.
Speaking at Miami nightclub STK's New Year's Eve celebrations, Rob said: "It's beautiful. It's a blessing.
"The New Year, I mean, we got another child coming, so that's great. And my sister Kim's never had a baby, so it's going to be a beautiful blessing."
Rob thinks West will propose.
"I'm sure that will come down the road, but right now I'm sure everybody's focusing on just the baby going on right now," he said. "But I'm sure that's something in the future.
"I love anybody that treats my sister well, it doesn't matter who they are. But if they treat her well and she's happy, I can't complain... [Kanye's] doing good so far, definitely. We had a nice Christmas, so everything's good."
