The 65-year-old wed Sally, 34, on December 21 in a penthouse suite at London's Dorchester Hotel in front of a select group of close family and friends.
This included Ronnie's children Jesse, Tyrone and Leah and his best men Sir Paul McCartney and Rod Stewart.
Ronnie told Hello! magazine: "I wish I'd met Sal earlier. I can't think of another girl more suited to me."
"She looked beautiful walking through that doorway. I feel very blessed to have a new family. My dad and brothers are no longer with us so it's really nice to be welcomed by a new gang. Her relatives are lovely."
Ronnie said he has his families support "They are happy to see their dad happy."
