Organisers of Stag Do’s and Weekends, StagWeb, have revealed that active breaks in the mountains are becoming as popular as trips to the sun.
Ljubljana is a particularly popular destination boasting ski slopes with 30m ski runs and a ski season lasting from November all the way through til May. This means that best men have a broad range of dates to choose from, making it easier for them to find a date that all the men involved can make.
A spokesperson for Stagweb commented: "Skiing is such a hugely popular sport these days and you best thing is that you don’t have to be experienced to take part – beginners classes are available too. However, a skiing trip offer something a little bit different for a stag do so the stag will feel like you’ve gone the extra mile for a weekend to remember."
