He told The Mirror: "I'm dating, we've been seeing each other for a couple of months. It's all going really well - we're really happy."
He is currently dating backing dancer Sarah Richards, 28, a source told the publication.
A source said: "Aston and Sarah have known each other for a while but it's only recently that they decided to make it official.
"Aston's been perpetually single throughout his time in the band but now he's telling friends that he's a one-woman man.
"It was a shock to the system when Marvin got married. It made the other boys realise that maybe now was the time to settle down.
"Aston has always been the womaniser of the group. He has never been ready for a relationship but has fallen head over heels for Sarah.
"There is such a spark between them and all the boys have been saying what a cute couple they make.
"It was originally meant to be a bit of fun between friends but things just snowballed. He's been inseparable from Sarah since the beginning of the summer."
Sarah has previously danced on The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent, The Brit Awards and Let's Dance for Comic Relief.
And she might be able to help Aston with his new job - he is taking over judging duties on Sky One dance show Got To Dance.
