Channel 4 was filming the wedding of Margaret Hanrahan and Miley Doran, both 18, last week for a special edition of the hit documentary show.
However riot police had to be called when a mass fight broke out between gatecrashers and guests at the Park Inn Hotel, West Drayton.
It is believed one person was stabbed.
A spokesman for the MET police said that while officers were called to a disturbance at the hotel, no crimes were reported and no one was arrested.
