They are said to be exchanging rings on Saturday August 11 at the couple's Chateau Miraval home in the south of France.
The date holds special significance as it ties in with Pitt's parents' golden wedding anniversary.
A source told The Sun: "Brad flew in to oversee preparations but they're all here now. They say it's for Jane and Bill, but some think this could be it. Even Angelina's private jeweller is here."
George Clooney is also said to have flown in.
Brad, 48, recently splashed out on £250,000 watch for Angelina, 37, as a wedding gift.
The pair, who met on the set of hit film Mr and Mrs Smith in 2005, announced their engagement in April.
Their six children will play a major part in the ceremony.
