The Womanizer singer, 30, is set to wed fiancé Jason Trawick, 40, in December when The X Factor ends.
Brit has been using a personal trainer, doing Pilates and enjoying massages and oxygen facials.
A source close to the US X Factor judge told the magazine: "Brit's looking great at the moment - her new body's given her a huge boost.
"That's spurred her on to keep going and she's now decided to add more elements to her regime.
"She wants a barefoot-on-the-beach do in Hawaii or possibly in Cabo, Mexico.
"It'll be off season then, so they'll have loads of privacy. They fancy tying the knot over Christmas.
"Hawaii is her favoured place to get married - it's easy to take the family there and it's still US soil. Whatever she and Jason decide, they're really very happy. Don't be surprised if there's some baby news next year."
