His wife Emma Ferguson gave birth to a baby girl named Fox India Owen.
She was born on Tuesday at 7.45am and weighed 7lb 1oz.
Their representative released a statement, which read: "Mark, Emma, Elwood and Willow are delighted to announce the arrival to the clan of their beautiful new baby girl Fox India Owen.
"They would like to thank all their family and friends for all the wonderful messages xxx."
Mark and Emma already have two children Elwood Jack, six, and Willow Rose, four.
