Paul and Kelly Scott were delighted when the superstar popped in to the reception at London’s Dorchester Hotel to offer his congratulations.
The Superstition singer, who was in London to perform at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee concert, was staying at the five-star hotel when his daughter Aisha Morris, 37, alerted him to the wedding reception and he asked to be introduced.
A security guard for the legend told the couple: "These things never happen, but Stevie would like you to join him at the piano."
"He was sitting down and said to come and stand next to him," Mrs Scott said.
"He started playing and we were like, “Oh my God”. Then he put our hands together and said 'God bless you'. It was such a blessing."
