Katie Waissel To Wed US Model

Katie Waissel has announced her engagement to US male model Brad Alphonso.

The former X Factor contestant tweeted "Just woken up with a huge smile on my face can't believe that we are engaged!! @Brad_Alphonso."

Brad, 28, who appeared in Madonna's Girl Gone Wild video, posted 'Holy s**t!!!!! It's for real !!! Love it!!!!' on the social network.


Katie, 26, who is now Los Angeles based, later added: "Making great music out here, got engaged to the man I'm going to spend the rest of my life with, and have all you to share it with!so happy!"

The couple got matching heart-shaped tattoos on their ring fingers to mark their newly-engaged status. They then posted a picture for fans.
