The 37-year-old actress wed art dealer Will Kopelman on Saturday at her home in Montecito, California, in a simple Jewish ceremony, officiated by the Kopelman family's rabbi.
Drew, who is pregnant with the couples first child, said: "The day was perfect. Everyone we love and care about was there.
"It was as fun and meaningful as we ever could have hoped."
She wore a flower-embroidered Chanel gown designed by Karl Lagerfeld.
Celebrity guests included Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth, Jimmy Fallon and wife Nancy Juvonen, Busy Philipps and her husband, and Cameron Diaz.
Drew was previously married to Welsh bar owner Jeremy Thomas and comedian Tom Green.
