A source told Heat magazine that the pair may get engaged after the London Marathon on April 22.
"They've booked a holiday to Spain straight after the race and that's where Leandro plans to propose, though he and Jordan have already discussed it," the alleged friend told the magazine.
"Leandro is really fiery - he stands up top Katie, which she likes. They have a great connection, Katie's happier than she's been in months."
Price divorced first husband Peter Andre in 2009. Her divorce from cage fighter Alex Reid was finalised on March 20th.
