The Benidorm actor is dating a 50-year-old cleaner who he met in a bar.
A source told The Sun: "Tim has been spending a lot of time in the pub so it's not surprising it's where he met his girlfriend. They met a few months ago. She's a down-to-earth mum who's done various jobs, from cleaning to working in a cafe.
"They seem really happy. They are very public about their relationship now and it is clear how at ease they are and how much they care for each other. He's enjoying himself. He's in love and he's happy.
"Denise and Tim still live together but we won't be surprised if things change. Joan lives in a small semi a couple of miles away from him. His car is sometimes parked outside."
