Men aren't just sprucing up for their big day as I&K International has announced a significant increase in sales of products from its men's range.
The surge in sales is believed to have been a direct result of the addition of new men's products over the last few years, as well as a general increase in the amount of attention men are paying to grooming.
Indeed, the company has saw a 60% rise in the number of men buying these products when compared to the same time last year. These figures would seem to indicate that men are paying more attention to their physical appearance and grooming than ever before, and Kevin Kou, managing director at I&K International, believes it is down to a combination of more brands being available, as well as the influence of well-groomed celebrities.
Mr Kou said:"The rise in male grooming is possibly due to the influence of well-groomed male celebrities such as David Beckham, Ryan Reynolds and Bradley Cooper. Men are spending more time and money on shopping for their appearance than ever before and we are now starting to see this trend at Hairtrade."
