The battleaxe babe, 55, who joined the series last year revealed wannabe entrepreneurs are falling for her.
She told The Sun: "I've had 22 proposals. One 76-year-old sent an itinerary of what we'd be doing together every day.
"He refused to take no for an answer and turned up with his bank balance showing £6,500 for us to live on. I had to think hard but I decided to decline, bless his little soul."
The multimillionaire, who made her money a launching a palletised freight network, has begun filming the new series with fellow Dragons Theo Paphitis, Peter Jones, Duncan Bannatyne and Deborah Meaden.
Hilary, who has been divorced twice, tied the knot with former pub boss Phil Childs in March last year.
