The glamour model's health troubles began after she had her E-cup implants replaced during January in preparation for her wedding to fiancée Jamie O'Hara.
Her breasts swelled to "literally the size of [her] head" and ruptured two weeks later. Blood clots were found during the removal and she required a blood transfusion. After being released from hospital the swelling still had not gone away and she had to be readmitted. Surgeons were surprised to find "a litre of milk" from Lloyd's right breast, as the 28-year-old hadn't fed infant son Harry for six months.
Despite the trauma she wants to go ahead with the wedding in May.
Speaking in this week's Reveal magazine she said: "The wedding is happening - with or without boobs.
"On one hand, I don't want to put myself through another operation, but on the other, I really do want to have my boobs back because right now I've got nothing except a lot of extra skin."
