Wendylee Perez and Hector Santana say My Fair Wedding star David Tutera managed to pull the wedding off but at a $30,000 price tag.
They had agreed to pay him $15,000 for "anything and everything that is needed" for their nupitals but Tutera failed to organise essentials like invitations, DJ and wedding cakes tripling the cost of their reception.
"Due to the defendant’s arrogant and heartless actions, plaintiffs have been harmed personally and financially," the Manhattan lawsuit claims.
The lawsuit notes that Tutera didn't turn-up until after they arrived in the Dominican Republic and left before the 'I do's' saying he had a sick relative to attend to.
It was then discovered he’d failed to booked a room and had the taping of his TV show to get to, the lawsuit says.
A rep for Tutera did not return a call for comment to The New York Post.
