Kayte Walsh, his wife of 11 months, is expecting twins.
As he picked up the Best Actor award at the Golden Globes yesterday he told WENN: "Fatherhood is always different based upon the character that comes into your life. They arrive and tell you what you have to do. I’m really looking forward to meeting these new arrivals in our lives, yes twins.
"My wife will make an extraordinary mother. She’s one of the most loving, amazing, warm human beings I’ve ever met. She’s funny and serious, scary and humorous all at the same time. She’s an amazing person and I think she’ll blow 'em away."
Kelsey Grammer already has four children.
