The website is offering members and non-members alike the opportunity to bid for an evening with Heather or Dorion, who appear as the couple in the website's nativity scene - now the site's festive front page over the holidays.
BeautifulPeople.com managing director Greg Hodge said: "In the spirit of goodwill to all single men and women, we asked our beautiful members Heather and Dorion, a model and actor, to agree to date the highest bidder. All proceeds will be donated to Christian Aid.
"You don't have to be a member to have a chance of winning. The highest bids could come from people we'd never usually accept onto the site, but we believe that beauty should be a gift for everyone this Holiday season."
Heather, 25, says: "It was so fun to play Mary, and I couldn't have been happier to be part of it! It was beautiful and so well done too. If I can help to raise money for a good cause by going on a date, that is an honour for me. If he also turns out to be my prince charming, then that's something even more wonderful!"
Dorion, 23, says: "I was delighted when they asked me to be Joseph. I can't wait to see who wins. It's going to take a pretty special kind of girl to step up and date Jesus' step-dad."
It is possible to bid for a date with Heather or Dorion by visiting http://www.BeautifulPeople.com which links to their bidding page on ebay, the winning bid will be announced on the 5th of January with a date arranged early in 2012.
BeautifulPeople.com has 730,000 members worldwide, and since its global launch in 2009, it has rejected over 5.6 million applicants.
Men and women are voted in or out by existing members of the opposite sex. Currently, one in seven people who apply to the site are successful.
Applicants from France, Denmark, Brazil and the United States have the most success on the site, with Britain, Poland and Germany suffering the highest amount of rejections.
