The dress maker of choice for travellers collaborated with hair stylist Ryan Edwards to put together the size 6, 95kg, dress which has 250m of hair extensions, 1,500 crystals, individual hair wefts and 12 underskirts.
Eight dress makers from Madine's Nico bridal store worked with hairdressers from Liverpool salon Voodou to create the multicoloured dress.
"I'd be overwhelmed if someone like Lady Gaga would consider wearing it, we think she would look amazing in it," Thelma told the Daily Mail. "In fact, we would be more than happy for her to wear it on her next tour. It's a unique creation, just like her, and I think it would be a hair match made in heaven."
The dress won the Alternative Miss Liverpool pageant on Saturday.
