The 18th-century manor house, in this 4-star Tuscan hotel, has three rooms and six suites, some of which still have original frescoes.
Attention to detail makes this little village quite unique, from the rooms to the suites and from the pool area to the restaurant which serves local Tuscan specialties and has an excellent wine list.

The renovations carried out on the village have brought Casabianca back to its former splendour and involved not just the buildings, streets and gardens but also the farm lands and the olive groves. The production of oil, which was once the farm’s main activity, is still alive today and the result is an excellent D.O.P. Terre di Siena extra-virgin olive oil: a precious flavour of Tuscany.



From the hotel there are splendid vistas of the charming Tuscan countryside towards the Montalcino hills, Mount Amiata, Crete and Siena. An unforgettable spectacle.

Borgo Casabianca is an ancient and well preserved farm in Tuscany, carefully restructured in order to offer our guests originality, functionality and comfort.

The 20 flats (7 hotel apartments and 13 country houses “5 spighe”- 30 rooms altogether) are all furnished with Tuscan plain style material so as to satisfy the tastes and the demands of each guest. Each flat has a fridge, TVsat, telephone, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware. The kitchenette is provided with an electric cooker with oven and a dishwasher.

Our restaurant, Tinaia, offers the typical Tuscan cuisine, to be tasted in the characteristic atmosphere of the original cellar with its structure and equipment of the rooms: "Torchio" (ancient wine press) and "Botti" (ancient wine barrels).

Our Cuisine can offer you fish based lunches or dinners or vegetarian dishes on request. In summertime we have live music nights. For those who want to know the secrets of the Tuscan Cuisine from April to December we organise Cooking classes. The pleasure of the table ... a caprice ...our privée. On request we can organise particular dinners wih tasting of high quality wines.

For those who want to know the culinary art of Tuscany we offer the opportunity to learn how to prepare traditional dishes of the Chiana Valley, of Siena and of Tuscany, the knowledge of the Mediterranean diet which is ideal to live in a better way and in harmony; in fact in the kitchen of the 18th Century villa we organize specific and programmed courses, chosen on the basis of the preferences of the various menus proposed by our chef.

The careful renovation has brought Casabianca to its old splendour. The elegant manor house and the gardens have found their ancient magnificence. Within the old structure it was possible to make ideal locations for receptions, meetings, parties, convivial rooms where you can enjoy the pleasures of the table, etc. The outside location offers the possibility of spending a relaxing and comfortable stay, admiring the amazing Tuscan landscape.

Borgo Casabianca and its staff organise elegant and evocative ceremonies, putting the Borgo's Restaurant with its outdoor and indoor locations at your disposal. The cuisine of our Restaurant is delicious and refined, accompanied by the best Tuscan and Italian wines.
