Kehlani Splits From YG

Kehlani has announced her split from the rapper YG.

News of the separation comes just days after the singer released a valentine's duet with her former beau, however its unlikely they will be collaborating again.

Using her songwriting as a means of announcing the split, the 24 year-old sings: "I am making amends with myself / Forgive me for loving you / I took a risk loving loudly / Defended you proudly.


"Ignored all the signs / Yeah, it's true / And the immature me wishes that I could make him know / That you should be left alone."

Kehlani also confirmed her single status on Twitter.

The star is mum to daughter Adeya, aged 11 months, with her former partner Javaughn.
