The pair at tying the knot at Windsor Castle on Saturday, 19 May, and her dad Thomas was supposed to be walking her down the aisle.
According to TMZ, he is to undergo heart surgery today, 16 May.
Speaking to the publication, he said: "They [doctors] will go in and clear blockage, repair damage and put a stent where it is needed."
It is believed her mother Doria Ragland may take his place.
