Mel B and her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, are said to have settled their divorce battle.
The couple, who separated in March of this year after 10 years of marriage, have been involved in an acrimonious split.
Recently, it was revealed that the former couple had settled the domestic violence aspect of their case, and according to The Sun, they have now also settled their divorce battle.
It is thought 42-year-old Mel will pay Belafonte, also 42, a total of £3 million over three years, and will also give her ex a sum of "£3.5million from the sale of the home they shared together".
It is also believed the pair have come to an agreement over custody of their daughter Madison, six, and have vowed to destroy any "compromising videos" from their relationship.
A source is quoted as saying: "Mel is giving him a lot less than people think. Her lawyers got him locked down to destroy the explicit videos, which he claimed showed her engage in sexual acts under the influence allegedly of drugs and alcohol.
"Should he ever break that deal, he would be on the line for millions."
Mel and Belafonte tied the knot in 2007 but the former Spice Girl filed for divorce in March citing "irreconcilable differences" and claimed domestic abuse.
The couple have one child together, six-year-old Madison, while Mel is also a mother to Angel, 10, and Phoenix, 18, from previous relationships. Belafonte has a daughter, 12-year-old Giselle, with ex Nicole Contreras.
