The couple filed for divorce in April of this year, and speaking out about the split, the 43-year-old actress said that she did not see herself as being single again.
She is quoted by News.com.au as saying: "I would not have chosen this life for myself or for my kids.
"I would not choose to be single or be in this position. It's something that we are working through. I haven't been on a date and I am not interested dating.
"People want to set me up and I am just like, 'No, thank you.'"
Garner and Affleck, 45, started dating in 2004 and tied the knot in June 2005 in a private ceremony. The couple announced they were to separate in June 2015 and in April 2017 they filed for divorce.
The couple have three children together; daughters Violet, 11, and Seraphina, eight, and five-year-old son Samuel.
