In an interview with New magazine, the 30-year-old told the publication that she also has "no self-respect" for her body.
She said: "I've got no self-respect left in my body. I've begged so much it's embarrassing. I feel humiliated. [No, I won't have more children] because it's a pattern. Somebody else will leave me and what would be the point in that?".
Her words come just days after the former Big Brother star took to social media to hit out at her ex and confirm that they were no longer together.
The couple had been dating for around 18 months and have one child together – two-month-old son Frankie. Hayes is also a mother to Blakely, seven, from a previous relationship.
