The 55-year-old has been romantically linked to a number of women in recent months and opening up about how the coverage in the media has affected his family, he spoke out about the issue during an appearance on ITV's Lorraine on Monday morning.
The TV personality explained: "I'm not dating anybody and everybody I'm seen with is [my new girlfriend]. If you're in our business, you grow a thick skin like a rhinoceros.
"I'm picking up this reputation as a womaniser and I'm not actually dating anybody. That's hard for my kids, that's hard for and [ex-wife] Jess has to constantly put up with questions about that rubbish.
"But she knows most of the people because they're friends and work colleagues. I would rather people ask because it's rubbish."
Knowles has one child, a three-year-old son called Eddie, with ex-wife Jessica Moor. He is also a father of three from his first marriage.
